Marley Oldham Carnes, Owner, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist

Marley has helped hundreds of people transform their lives through improved fitness and realistic nutrition strategies that improve health and overall wellbeing. She is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a background as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and CrossFit Level 2 Coach. She holds Bachelors of Science in Dietetics from Texas A&M University, a Masters in Nutrition and completed an intensive professional internship and passing of a national board exam.


She had the honor of serving our military members deploying as a civilian on board the USS Harry S. Truman as their Navy “Fit Boss”. She met her husband, John Carnes, in Yokosuka, Japan at the CrossFit gym on base where she was the Navy Fitness Director. She now runs Marley Nutrition and Fitness based in her hometown of Frisco, Texas. She works as a medical provider for nutritional counseling with a focus on fueling for optimal performance, the importance of eating patterns and mental health, and specializes in weight management. Her passion and commitment is to motivate and help others implement realistic and individualized healthy habits that are sustainable and enjoyable!


Missy believes that through practical steps with nutrition and fun, effective movement, everyone can reach their goals!

Missy has been helping men and women with their fitness and wellness journey the past 10 years, serving as a dietitian, yoga instructor and personal trainer in the DFW area and Houston. Her passion for helping clients ditch the expensive and restrictive yo-yo dieting cycle has led her to Marley Nutrition and Fitness, where she teaches others how to make their favorite foods fit into their lifestyle while aligning with their weight and health goals! 


Outside the clinic, Missy enjoys helping people find their dream homes and investment properties, playing volleyball, and going to the dog park with her pup!

Abby McNatt, Clinician, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist

Abby has always had a passion for nutrition and fitness.  Whether it was playing sports, traveling to national parks, or her favorite spin class, staying healthy and a fun life have always gone hand in hand.  Upon deciding to make a career out of her passion, Abby attended Texas Tech University where she earned a B.S. in Nutrition and Dietetics and where she is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Nutrition.

Abby’s goal as a Registered Dietitian is to help others live life to the fullest.  She knows this can be done when we prioritize our health and create sustainable habits.  Getting to see her clients become stronger, happier, more energized, and more confident is the reason why she loves her job.

Alana Cumber, Patient Care Coordinator & Accountability Nutrition Coach

In 2017, Alana received a BA in Interpersonal Communication from The University of

New Mexico. A couple of years later, Alana moved to Texas with her husband, Adam.

Currently, she is on the path to becoming a Registered Dietitian and is studying

Nutrition and Dietetics and Texas Woman’s University.

Alana is passionate about helping people achieve their fitness and nutrition goals.
