Marley is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a background as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Certified Personal Trainer, and CrossFit Level 2 Coach. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Texas A&M University and a Master's degree in Nutrition. Marley works as a medical provider for nutritional counseling with a focus on fueling for optimal performance, the importance of eating patterns, and mental health, and specializes in weight management. Her passion and commitment are to motivate and help others implement realistic and individualized healthy habits that are sustainable and enjoyable!

Missy has been helping men and women with their fitness and wellness journey the past 10 years, serving as a dietitian, yoga instructor and personal trainer in the DFW area and Houston. Her passion for helping clients ditch the expensive and restrictive yo-yo dieting cycle has led her to Marley Nutrition and Fitness, where she teaches others how to make their favorite foods fit into their lifestyle while aligning with their weight and health goals! 


Outside the clinic, Missy enjoys helping people find their dream homes and investment properties, playing volleyball, and going to the dog park with her pup!
