Registered Dietitian Nutritionist

Jamie is a Registered Dietitian who believes nutrition should feel realistic, supportive, and doable in real life — not perfect or overwhelming.

She is especially passionate about working with busy moms and families, helping women improve their own health while also supporting their kids in building confident, healthy relationships with food. Jamie has a special connection with middle school–aged kids, where habits, routines, and self-confidence around food are actively forming.

As a mom herself, Jamie understands the challenges of juggling schedules, work, family, and nutrition — and she brings that lived experience into every session. Her approach is grounded, relatable, and judgment-free, focused on practical strategies that actually work in day-to-day life.

Jamie enjoys hands-on education and believes people learn best by doing. Whether it’s simplifying meal planning, creating family-friendly routines, or building confidence in the kitchen, she helps clients move beyond information and into action.

As one of the longest-tenured dietitians on the team, Jamie is known for her steady presence, strong patient relationships, and commitment to sustainable, long-term health — for both individuals and families.
