Meal Time Quick Tips


Ask "What are the most nutritious foods on the table?"


Envision your plate with mostly veggies and protein and carbohydrates about a quarter of your plate.


Avoid an “all or nothing” approach, moderation and portion control is key.


Get some extra activity/walking in by attending Christmas Lighting ceremonies!


Look for ways to modify your recipes and/or offer to bring a healthy side/veggie


AND most importantly be mindful but ENJOY your time with family/friends

and don't stress about your food :)
