Alana is a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics who specializes in women’s health across all life stages. She is especially passionate about supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, hormonal transitions, and metabolism-focused nutrition in a realistic, sustainable way.

Known for her ability to build strong rapport and create a safe, supportive space, Alana helps clients feel seen, heard, and empowered rather than overwhelmed. Her approach focuses on meeting patients where they are, reducing guilt and frustration around food, and building habits that actually fit real life.

Alana has a particular interest in pregnancy and postpartum nutrition, female hormone support, reverse dieting, and metabolism restoration. She also works with women navigating PCOS, fertility concerns, perimenopause, and postmenopause, with an emphasis on preserving muscle, supporting energy, and improving overall quality of life.

As both a clinician and a mother, Alana brings a deeply practical, compassionate perspective to her work. She understands the challenges of balancing health goals with busy schedules, changing bodies, and mental load. Her mission is to help her patients move forward with clarity and confidence rather than pressure.
